My name is Nishtah (pronounced with a short “I” sound, like fish).
Art and current events are the main two things that I am passionate about. I also love to write, code, and create art through a variety of mediums.
Currently, I am going to community college to get my Associate Degree in Communications. In December of 2021 I plan on recieving my degree, as I also work part time to pay for the classes on my own.
If you are looking for branding advice, social media management, or a website design consultation: Contact me. Also, check out TetraLync, the consulting business that I work through.
In the past I have worked as brand consultant and editor for Desi Girl Magazine. Before that I was also in charge of marketing and social media at Emerald Design and Publishing Company.
About My Background:
My mother is Indian and my father is Caucasian, hence the name. As you can see above, my name means loyalty and devotion in Hindi.
From September 2017 to March 2018, I used this blog to document my experience on the Global Gap Year with Thinking Beyond Borders where I was in Guatemala, Thailand, Cambodia, Ghana, and Morocco. However, I now use it as medium to publish some of my writing and help improve my journalistic skills, as well as publish my artistic creations.
When I was 17 years old I was diagnosed with ADHD and I continue to learn from it everyday. I am super open about it and all for ending the negative stigma surrounding mental health.
So, follow me on my journey as I grow and learn from my experiences.
